In accordance with the terms of agreements as provided

 

The undersigned Buyer, ____________________________, and Seller do hereby and agree to the following terms and conditions of the purchase of a UKC &/or registered AMERICAN PIT BULL TERRIER

1)  The seller guarantees this dog to be in good health at the time of the sale

2)  The purchaser agrees to take this dog to a licensed Veternarian of his/her choice within 72 hours of sale for a health check up.  Failure to do so voids the guarantee. Vet bills and shipping costs will not be refunded

3)  Should the dog be determined to be of ill health, the cause which is clearly attributed to the Seller, the dog may be returned with a written diagnosis from said veternarian for full refund of purchased price of the dog or exchanged for another dog of equal value. The choice to be determined by the Seller.  The Seller further extends a 30-day Health Guarantee (from the date the puppy/dog is taken) provided that the Buyer has not knowingly placed the animal in situations that may have precipitated a condition.

Mild heart murmurs are not considered a health defect for the purposes of this guarantee.  You must notify us at time of initial vet visit that your vet discovered a heart murmur by providing written documentation from the vet stating diagnosing the murmur and categorizing its severity.  Pups will only be replaced if the pup dies from the result of heart failure before the age of 2 years.  We reserve the right to require a second opinion from another vet at buyer's expense, due to the fact that the pups are checked by our vet prior to shipping

Imperfect hip sockets (hip dysplasia) are not considered health issues under this guarantee since this condition cannot be diagnosed in pups.  We attempt through strict breeding practices to reduce the incidence of this condition but this defect can and does afflict even the most rigorous breeding programs.  Imperfect bites and tails are also not considered health issues under this guarantee but will always be disclosed to the buyer prior to purchase if known. 

A necropsy may be required to confirm cause of death.  If death is covered under our guarantee, seller will pay fee, if it is not found to be be as a result of anything covered under our guarantee, buyer will be responsible for fee

We do not guarantee against any skin or coat problems. We will not replace a dog or refund money on a dog purchased from us that becomes affected by demodectic mange

No pup will be replaced due to death or cosmetic issues related to ear cropping. 

We do not guarantee any pup or adult dog to be show quality or breeding quality at anytime during its life.  If your pup develops flaws or uterine/testicle infections at any time, we are nor responsible and will not replace your pup or adult dog for this

We offer no other guarantees than those that are stated above

4)  Under no circumstnces is the Buyer ever to fight, "scratch" or face off pup/dog with any other animal or dog

5)  The undersigned Buyer and Seller acknowledge that this is a legal and binding contract and have received a signed copy
